BGU: Blending The "Woo-Woo" Into The Physical World Highlights

Earlier today, I gave BGU podcast listeners a taste of the premium content which will be available for sale soon. Below are the highlights from the podcast.

Congratulations! After many false starts and missteps, you have finally tapped into your spiritual side. Now, comes the task of bringing the feel-good "Woo-Woo" vibes into your physical world.

This e-course will outline the steps to get you on the path of blending your spiritual awakening into the physical world.

Step#1-The first step is to distinguish the "Woo-Woo" from the physical world.

Step#2-The second step is to begin blending the "Woo-Woo" with the physical world via a series of exercises which involve beginning a journal of observations outlining the 5 senses.

Step#3-The third step is actively weaving the blend into your life. In short, you are going to start integrating a more diverse group of people into your life. One of the best ways to do this is to join a group, enroll in classes, and/or actively volunteer in your community.

Step#4- The fourth step is to embrace the shift which is occurring within your life as a result of your efforts to blend the "Woo-Woo" with the real world.

Step #5-The fifth step involves maintaining the results from the blend by staying mindful of the world outside of yourself.

As time wore on, it became clearer to me that my best option in this scenario was to paint this piece of furniture black. Luckily, I have a fenced in backyard and a seemingly never-ending roll of plastic sheeting which has acted as a barrier between my project and the patio.

Here is my list of  suggestions for spray painting furniture:
