In fact, you usually end up right where you started or in an even worse position.  It is frustrating  and you cannot figure why the change that you want so badly…seems to elude you at every turn.  You have tried reading books, attending seminars/classes/workshops/conferences,  but, nothing thus far has worked. You are beginning to think that making a positive life change just is not in the cards for you…

  • During this 5 week e-course, I am going to discuss the importance of each of these action steps, and give you tips for applying them into your life.  

    I am going to teach the e-course via text-based lecture and via audio. Homework assignments are on the honor system. Remember this  e-course is only as effective as what the work that you put into it.

    Each of the steps will take  about a weekly commitment of about 90 minutes. The weekly lecture is only 15 to 30 minutes. Outside prep time is an hour.

    Before After Over the years, I have had a love-hate relationship with paint. In my prior experiences, painting projects never quite turned out right. Either I slathered too much paint on an object or not enough. As my income increased, so did my tendency to avoid DIY painting projects of any kind. My living room decor is comprised of red, black, and white. However, my TV stand/entertainment center did not coordinate with my living at all. I contemplated replacing it with a black one. But, the comparable ones were a couple hundred dollars.
